A Blac Chyna Insider Responds To The Kardashians’ Court Filing Against Her Using The Name Angela Kardashian

By  |

Drama, drama, drama.

As we reported earlier, Kim Kardashian West, Kourtney Kardashian, and Khlo Kardashian‘s companies are supposedly going after Blac Chyna‘s request to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian which will likely be her married name once she and Rob Kardashian make it official.

In response to the reports, an insider close to the momma-of-two told People:

“The Kardashians own their trademarks in most categories worldwide, and the trademark attorneys’ standard practice is to oppose anyone who tries to file anything. They probably didn’t even know it was happening.”

Ehh… We’re not sure the KUWTK queens are that clueless — especially when their brand is involved.

The documents in question reportedly argue the 28-year-old mother of Dream Kardashian is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” by changing her name to the E! family’s famous moniker.

The source added:

“She’s not trying to do anything negative. She wants to trademark the name because it will be her name when she gets married and she wants to protect it. It’s also her daughter’s last name and she wants to share a last name with her daughter.”

That’s fair, right?

Do U think Rob’s sisters should be able to control what Chyna does with her name?? SOUND OFF in the comments!
