He Plops Down A Watermelon Under His Stomach, Then Cuts It Apart In 21 Seconds

By  |

Matt Jones knows his way around a knife, and when you watch his incredible video, it becomes obvious why he went viral.

Working at a supermarket down in Florida, this man has chopped countless amounts of produce over the years, and after you do a job for a long enough time, you start to become pretty good at certain things. Jones seems to have a special skill that many of us certainly would love to have: He can chop apart a fully grown watermelon in 21 seconds flat!

The small chunks are needed for the “prepackaged” tubs that people love to buy from the fruit section, and while we’ve all seen these pre-sliced fruits, not a whole lot of us have actually thought about how they get there!

Jones shows his prowess with a blade, but please promisenotto try this at home. Not only is Jones highly skilled at his job, but he also has a protective glove he uses that can actually handle being sliced up by a sharp knife. This guy clearly knows what he’s doing, and he must have become a bit of a legend at his job, because everyone was so impressed by his talent that they wanted to film him at his best and share it with the Internet.

Watching Jones in action is pretty impressive to see firsthand: it’s no wonder why he went so viral, simply because this is so amazing to watch. Don’t you wish you could chop up a huge watermelon for everyone like this? He’s probably pretty popular at parties with this cool skill.

To make matters even better, he actually seems a bit disappointed in himself for getting such a “slow” time! This guy is going to end up working in a fancy restaurant one day, if not own his very own!
