J. Cole Calls Out Kanye West & Probably Drake & Maybe Wale On New Song False Prophets!
J. Cole has had it with the music industry’s false prophets!
On Thursday, the songsmith dropped a new song and visual off his upcoming album 4 Your Eyez Only, and he really called out some of his fellow rappers.

Even the track’s title, False Prophet, seems to be a direct jab at Kanye West, who has called himself a god and Yeezus for years.
But in the first verse, the 31-year-old went in on the rapper, rhyming:
“Ego in charge of every move, he’s a star/ And we can’t look away due to the days when he caught our hearts. He’s falling apart but we deny it/ Just to find the half-assed sh*t he drop, we always buy it.”
He also seemed to open up about Ye’s mental state, adding:
“He tell us he a genius but it’s clearer lately/ It’s been hard for him to look into the mirror lately. There was a time when this [n-word] was my hero maybe/ That’s why his fall from grace is hard to take. Cause I believed him when he said his sh*t was purer and he the type of [n-word] swear he real but all around is fake.”
And he continued to criticize all the “yes men” who almost encourage his erratic behavior and comments:
“Nobody with the balls to say something to contest him/So it grows out of control until the person that he truly was all along was starting to show, damn.”
However, he later expressed sympathy for the acclaimed artist’s psychological issues, expressing:
“Damn, that’s what I get for lying to myself/But f*ck it, what’s more important is that he’s crying out for help/While the world’s egging him on, I’m beggin him to stop it/Playin his old sh*t, knowing he won’t top it. False Prophets”
At one point, J. Cole also appeared to call out Drake, who has recently been criticized for using ghostwriters:
“Wonder if it’s my fault for idolizing [n-words]’ words that they be rappin/But come to find out these [n-words], they don’t even write they own sh*t.”
And, fans think he went in on his friend Wale, rapping:
“I got a homie, he a rapper and he wanna win bad/He want the fame, the acclaim, the respect that’s been had, by all the legends/So every time I see him, he stressing, talking ’bout, [n-words] don’t f*ck with him, the sh*t is depressing.”

False Prophets is a great record but can J Cole get away with that since Kanye is “mentally ill?” How fake woke Twitter feel about this?

J. Cole basically told Wale to make the music that he used to make. Something his fans been telling him on twitter for a while now.
